Train Season Tickets offer discounts compared to full fare flexible tickets for customers who travel on the same journey multiple times per week. Lumo doesn’t offer our own season tickets as we’re mainly taking customers on long distance journeys for business or leisure, but if you do have a season ticket that covers our journeys you’re welcome to use it on our trains (as long as it doesn’t say it’s only valid on a specific train operator).

No, Seasonal Tickets are personable and non-transferable, so they cannot be shared. To use your season ticket, you must show a photocard ID.
If you no longer need your Season Ticket, you can apply for a refund from the retailer that you purchased it from. The refund is calculated from the date the Season Ticket is returned or the date the retailer cancels it. An administration fee of up to £10 will apply.
