To use Payit™, you’ll need any UK bank account, an email address, a mobile number, and internet connection. You will receive an email with a link from noreply@services.natwest.com. Click the link to enter your Lumo claim reference number along with the verification code sent to your mobile. Log into your bank directly and securely or provide your details instead.
No, Payit™ uses the web browser so can be used on any device without needing to download an app.
Once you’ve provided the information required, you should receive the money within 2 hours. If you still haven’t received your money after 24 hours, please contact us.
Yes, it is completely free to use. There is no charge when receiving a payment through Payit™.
No, you can also choose to be paid by an eVoucher.
The link will become inactive after 30 days so please enter your details within 30 days. You will need to get in touch with us should your link become inactive.
You can still get paid through Payit™ even if your bank isn’t on our list. You will need to manually enter your bank details.

We’ve partnered with Payit™ by NatWest, a new way to pay you directly into your bank account without us needing to hold your bank details. This works with any UK bank; it's free and you don’t need a NatWest bank account.
How does it work?
1. You’ll need any UK bank account, email address, mobile number & internet connection.
2. You’ll get an email with a link from noreply@services.natwest.com.
3. Enter your Lumo claim reference number starting ECTL, for example ECTL-CR-1234567, and the text verification code sent to your UK mobile number.
4. Select your Bank name from the selection page.
5. Log in to your Online banking or your mobile banking app to authorise the Payit payment to your account.
6. Once you’ve authorised the payment, your money should be with you within 2 hours.
