Children and young people play a big part in railway safety. Lumo is committed to championing a safer railway by educating young people in good judgement and decision-making, identifying potential dangers on their journeys, and spotting risky behaviours in others. Discover our work with Rail Safe Friendly and ways to get involved.

Switched On

This new rail safety programme is aimed at young people between 3-16 years old. Through a range of age-targeted films, interactive games, and classroom activities, this initiative encourages pupils to stay 'Switched On' around the railway, raising awareness of risky behaviour and helping young people to develop hazard-spotting skills.
