about Holyrood Distillery

Situated just a short walk away from Edinburgh’s historic town, Holyrood Distillery makes for an unmissable stop for those of you interested in learning more about the Scottish rich whisky heritage. This disruptive distillery was created to prove that there is a different way of producing and launching whisky. They are constantly exploring new and innovative recipes using heritage malts, speciality malts, and different yeasts in their production process, creating exciting, complex, and flavourful whisky beverages.
